The best foundation for a perfect and long-lasting product is a top-quality casting blank. To achieve this, we use low-pressure aluminium casting technology. The aluminium alloys are compressed in a multi-part mould using a pressure of 2 bar. After cooling to around 400 degrees Celsius, the mould is opened and the finished casting blank is moved along a conveyor belt to its first material check. Low-pressure aluminium casting is an extremely sophisticated technology that demands exceptional knowledge and skill from our employees.
