As part of the FEM analysis, we use complex "finite-element method" computer simulations during the construction phase to determine and optimise the structural qualities of a new wheel type such as its strength and dynamics. The FEM analysis simulates how a wheel type will behave in real-life situations. This enables us to identify any potential weight savings in the early development stages and to iron out possible weak points.
